Privacy Policy

Photos, videos, watermarks, project records, annotations, and PDF reports are processed locally on your device. Network access is used only for weather queries and necessary system services.
1. Information We Process
Camera and microphone
With permission, the app uses the camera for photos and videos and the microphone for video audio. On supported devices, Dual Camera simultaneously reads the front and rear cameras and locally creates picture-in-picture media. When Save Originals is enabled, both original camera streams are saved.
Photos and videos
The system photo picker gives the app access only to items you select. Results are written to Photos only when you save them and are provided to another app only when you choose a share destination.
Location, address, and weather
With permission, location is used for address and weather watermarks. Apple geocoding creates readable addresses, and Apple WeatherKit uses coordinates to return local weather. Results are cached by day. We do not operate a location server or use location for advertising.
Settings and project data
Preferences are stored in UserDefaults. Projects, templates, inspection tasks, notes, media, annotations, and reports stay in the app sandbox and are not uploaded to our servers. Deleting a project or the app can permanently remove this data.
Purchases
Apple processes Pro purchases and subscriptions. StoreKit provides verified entitlement status; we do not receive your payment card number or Apple ID password.
2. Permissions
- Camera: capture and preview; Dual Camera uses front and rear cameras together.
- Microphone: video audio.
- Photos: select media and save results.
- Location: address and weather watermarks.
You can change permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
3. Sharing and Retention
We do not sell personal information. Data is processed only by Apple system services, including WeatherKit when you request weather, a destination you explicitly select, or when legally required. Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app; Photos items are managed in the Photos app. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather; see weather data sources and legal attribution.
4. Your Choices and Children
You may deny permissions, clear temporary cache, delete projects and media, or uninstall the app. Minors should use the app with a guardian's guidance.
