By using this app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Stop using the app if you do not agree.

1. Service

The app provides local photo and video capture, watermarks, media import, projects, inspection records, annotations, batch processing, PDF reports, and related tools. Features may change for compatibility, security, or legal reasons.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for content you capture, import, edit, save, or share and must have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not use the app for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-violating content. Location and weather details are supporting information and are not guaranteed forensic evidence.

3. Pro Purchases

Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions; Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable purchase. Prices displayed by the App Store apply. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple's subscription settings. Restore Purchases can recover eligible entitlements. Refunds, revocations, and billing are governed by Apple.

4. Local Data and Availability

Project data is stored locally. You are responsible for exporting important files before deleting projects or the app. Camera, microphone, Photos, and location permissions are optional but required for related features. Weather is provided by Apple WeatherKit for general reference and includes the required Apple Weather legal attribution. Device limits, storage, network conditions, and system-service changes may affect availability.

5. Disclaimer and Changes

The app is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user input, deleted local data, unavailable third-party services, or use beyond the app's stated purpose. Updated terms will be included locally with the app.
